Supporting Your Lifelong Oral Health & Total Body Wellbeing
A radiant, beautiful smile starts with a strong, healthy foundation. We provide comprehensive general and preventive dental care designed to keep your natural teeth strong, functional and disease-free for life.
Your mouth is the gateway to the rest of your body. Research shows oral health is connected to systemic health: harmful oral bacteria can enter the bloodstream and contribute to conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and inflammation. By prioritising regular preventive care, healthy habits and early intervention, we protect both your smile and your overall health.

Dietary Advice for Healthy Teeth & Gums
Every time you eat or drink, the bacteria in your mouth interact with sugars and starches to produce acids that attack enamel, leading to erosion, cavities and even tooth loss.
In Australia, tap water is safely fluoridated to help fight decay. Fluoride remineralises enamel and makes it more resistant to acid, and rinsing with tap water after meals is a simple, effective daily habit.
Drink plenty of tap water
Rinse after meals to clear food debris and neutralise acids.
Choose enamel-friendly snacks
Fresh fruit, vegetables, plain yoghurt or cheese; dairy contains calcium and phosphate that help rebuild enamel.
Offer children milk or water
Avoid filling drink bottles with juice, cordial or sweetened drinks.
Limit sugary & acidic drinks
Soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, cordials and fruit juice.
Be mindful of acidic foods
Frequent wine, citrus juice and acidic diet drinks can erode enamel.

Smoking and Your Oral Health
Smoking is one of the leading risk factors for major dental problems, including:
Severe gum inflammation and aggressive periodontal disease
Progressive bone loss around teeth
Tooth discolouration and stubborn staining
Chronic bad breath
Delayed healing after extractions or surgery
An increased risk of oral cancer
We’re here to support you to quit. Without reducing or quitting smoking, maintaining long-term oral health and successful treatment becomes a major challenge. We offer a safe, non-judgemental environment with guidance, encouragement and professional support.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have a check-up and clean?
We recommend every 6 months, so we can remove hardened plaque and detect early signs of decay or gum inflammation before they need extensive treatment.
What is the difference between dental erosion and tooth decay?
Decay (cavities) is caused by bacteria feeding on sugars and producing acid in specific spots. Erosion is the chemical wearing away of enamel across whole surfaces from acidic foods, drinks or stomach acid. Both can be managed with preventive care and dietary changes.
Is tap water better for my teeth than bottled water?
Yes. Australian tap water contains added fluoride, which strengthens enamel and fights decay. Most bottled water doesn’t contain fluoride and may be slightly acidic.
Does a professional clean hurt?
A routine clean is generally gentle and comfortable. If you have sensitive teeth or inflamed gums, we use delicate techniques and topical numbing gels.
How much does a check-up and clean cost?
We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We process instant private health fund rebates via HICAPS and offer flexible payment options (Afterpay, Zip and DentiCare). Ask about our new patient specials.
