Aligner Fitting
When your aligners arrive, we check the fit and, if required, place small tooth-coloured attachments to help guide precise movements.

Daily Life & Care with Spark™ Aligners
Eat & Drink Freely
Aligners are removable, so you can enjoy all your favourite foods without the restrictions of braces.
Brush & Floss Normally
Pop your aligners out to brush and floss as usual, keeping your gums healthy and plaque-free. Brush after meals before putting them back in.
Never Use Hot Water
Rinse with lukewarm water and brush gently with a soft toothbrush. Heat can deform the precision plastic.
Wear & Store Correctly
Wear aligners 20–22 hours a day and keep them in their protective case when they’re out of your mouth.
