Special offers
The following terms apply to all special offers advertised on this website, including the $199 New Patient Special, the $299 New Patient My Starter Pack and our Philips ZOOM™ teeth whitening packages.
- Eligibility. New patient specials are valid for eligible new patients only. Our staff will check your eligibility at the time of booking.
- X-rays. X-rays are included only where clinically required.
- Health fund claiming. All special offers must be paid in full on the day. We provide itemised receipts so you can claim your rebate from your insurer. HCF members: standard HCF rules apply; please speak with reception before booking. Preferred provider members may qualify for gap-free or reduced fees; please call to check eligibility.
- Payment plans. Zip, Afterpay and DentiCare are available for the $850 ZOOM™ in-chair whitening bundle, but not for the $199 or $299 new patient specials.
- Additional treatment. Additional fees apply if non-included procedures are performed. Emergency or urgent visits (such as toothache, broken fillings or wisdom teeth problems) incur standard consultation and treatment fees.
- Suitability. Our dental professionals may vary a booked offer on clinical assessment if it isn’t suitable for your oral health needs.
- Rescheduling. Offer eligibility may be voided if an initial appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Residency. Offers apply to South Australian residents unless approved by practice management, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Fluoride. The fluoride treatment included in the My Starter Pack is optional. Just let us know if you’d prefer to give it a miss.
- Whitening products. Additional whitening products, such as touch-up kits, are payable on the day and subject to availability.
- Changes. Offers, prices and inclusions may change or end at any time without notice. The terms shown on this page at the time of booking apply.

Appointments and bookings
Online bookings are made through HealthEngine and are subject to HealthEngine’s own terms. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient.
Fees and health funds
Fees quoted on this website are a guide only. Your exact fees will depend on your clinical needs and will be explained before treatment. Health fund rebates depend on your level of cover and your fund’s rules.
